My History

After retiring from running my family’s insurance agency, I returned to one of my long-standing passions: genealogy. Welcome to Ancestry Avenue, where I offer personalized research to help you explore your family history and better understand the people and stories that came before you. 

For more than three decades, I have pieced together the stories of my own family tree. Now, I am excited to help you discover your own ancestral heritage.

I completed the Genealogical Principles course through Boston University which strengthened the research skills I had already developed through years of hands-on work. My approach is careful, thorough, and grounded in records. I believe good genealogy requires both curiosity and evidence.

Families, their histories, and tales have always fascinated me. I would be happy to help you begin, continue, or better understand your own family history. As the old saying goes, “A story unshared is a memory forgotten.”
